Fire Syrup Spicy Grilled Peaches

Fire Syrup Lemonade

Fire Syrup Refrigerator Pickles

Ingredients

  • 6-8 small-medium cucumbers, washed, skins on.
  • 1/2 cup white vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Fire Syrup

 

Directions

  1. Slice all of the cucumbers into a large bowl that has a lid.
  2. Pour the vinegar and Fire Syrup into the bowl, mixing to coat the cucumbers.
  3. Cover and chill at least 4 hours. (Best after 24 hours in the fridge.)

 

Enjoy on their own or on top of your favorite sandwich for a little sweet heat. Suggestions: Serve with your favorite herbs.

Also great to make pickled onions.

Fire Syrup Spicy Grilled Peaches

Ingredients

  • 6 fresh peaches (or other stone fruit), sliced in half with pits removed
  • 1/4 cup Fire Syrup

 

Directions

  1. Preheat your grill (or grill pan on your stove) – you’ll be using low, indirect heat for this one.
  2. Dry your halved fruit. Drizzle the cut sides with the Fire Syrup.
  3. Place on the grill, close the lid and walk away for 10 minutes.
  4. Check on the peaches, adjusting their position and removing when cooked through (10-30 minutes).

Serve with cold ice cream - Drizzle Fire Syrup over the peaches and ice cream.

Fire Syrup Lemonade

Ingredients

 

  • 3/4 c. water
  • 3 Tbs. lemon juice
  • 1 Tbs. Fire Syrup
  • 1 Tbs. sugar

 

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a tall ice-filled glass, mixing well.
